Gleb Tsipursky, PhD, called the “Office Whisperer” by The New York Times, is CEO of the future-of-work consultancy Disaster Avoidance Experts. A behavioral scientist and author of eight books, including The Psychology of AI Adoption at Work: From Resistance to Results (Georgetown University Press, 2026), he helps leaders address the psychological and organizational barriers that keep AI adoption from producing results.

His thought leadership has appeared in more than 650 articles and 550 interviews across Harvard Business Review, Fortune, Scientific American, Time, USA Today, CBS News, Fox News, and The New York Times. He previously served seven years as a professor at Ohio State University and eight years as a lecturer at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
